Hallewyerrrr: Tyler Perry & T. D. Jakes Purchase 132 Acres in Atlanta To Establish Entertainment District & Expand Affordable Housing!

Tyler Perry- T.D. Jakes

LET THE CHURCH SAY, AMEN! Sweet Jesus, My Lord… Black Excellence Wins Again! Yes, you read that correctly! Tyler Perry, one of the greatest playwrights and media moguls of our time has touched and agreed with Bishop T. D. Jakes, one of the Greatest Pastors and Leaders this generation has ever witnessed to help shift the overall trajectory of Southwest Atlanta!

These two visionaries have partnered up and received approval to purchase 132 acres of land at Fort McPherson in Atlanta, GA. Jesus be a fence, talk about property value! By broadening his horizons of his highly-acclaimed 330-acre Tyler Perry Studios, Perry is expected to receive 37 acres to help build a new and improved entertainment district-which will include  theaters, retail shops, and restaurants within the city.

“TODAY IS A GOOD DAY. I’M GRATEFUL FOR THE OPPORTUNITY THIS GIVES TYLER PERRY STUDIOS TO EXTEND OUR FOOTPRINT IN ATLANTA AND CREATE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PEOPLE OF SOUTHWEST ATLANTA WITH RESTAURANTS, ENTERTAINMENT VENUES, AND OTHER BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES,” PERRY SAID IN A STATEMENT.

Like his business partner, Bishop T.D. Jakes, who has been my spiritual father for over 15 years, is set to do The Lord’s Will with his 94 acres through his very own chattel, T. D. Jakes Real Estate Ventures, by helping manifest affordable housing units to underprivileged and impoverished communities of color.

Who would’ve thought that a country boy from the hills of West Virginia and an impoverished boy from New Orleans who overcame fatherlessness and abuse would reach back and pull those out of the miry clay that they were once stuck in!

Whewwww Chile, It’s NOT the ghetto! It’s the Black Excellence, Black Men, Black Leadership, Black Businesses, Black Ownership, and Black Wealth For Meeeeee……
