Or perhaps you think of comedians who have gone viral and raked in millions of followers for their pranks. But did you know that influencers aren’t just here to make us jealous of their luxury lifestyles or to entertain us with their audacious behavior? Evans believes there’s no limit on size or minimum speed for running. The marathon runner is the founder of Slow AF Run Club. Back in 2012, Evans went on his first run after his doctor bluntly told him that at 300 pounds, he was overweight and he needed to lose weight or die. Despite the initial struggle of his first run, Evans went on to complete his first marathon just 18 months later. Today, Evans has created a nationwide running community, Slow AF Run Club, that promotes perseverance, positivity, determination, dedication and courage.
