Words synonymous when describing a millennial are usually words like ambitious, Fearless, empowered, dreamer, free just to name a few. So when we thought of someone who embodies these very qualities to cover the premier fall issue a particular Daddy’s girl came to mind. I know what you are saying, “wait, you guys have a magazine?” Yes, for those of you who live under a rock in Bikini Bottom, we released the livest lifestyle and fashion magazine for on purpose living & style.
The Daddy’s girl who grew up Hip-Hop in Run’s House who is now a Queen Boss was our cover feature; Ms. Vanessa J. Simmons. We had the pleasure of having her as our cover girl and learning about her and her aspirations. If you did not get the magazine you might want to go do that. What we found out about Vanessa J. Simmons is that she is definitely a Queen boss, and many have said now after reading our feature on her in the magazine that she has become their favorite Simmons.
What else we found is that VJS is also one heck of a Mompreneur. She manages to strategize her business endeavors while keeping up with her adorable toddler Ava Marie. Since InClub Magazine caught up with VJS, she has re-launched her website, a high class lingerie line, re-joined her extremely popular sister, Angela Simmons on the reality TV show Growing up hip hop and now as if that was not enough will be starring in the new series on CentricTV Queen Boss, Saturday, January 14th 10:00 pm Eastern time. VJS who is now 33 years old, is ambitious, fearless, empowered, and a dreamer and it shows in everything she does. Her ambitious ways have taken her far, from Acting roles, reality TV stardom, a success sneaker line and now a new lingerie line. Her demonstrate to be fearless can be seen how she prioritizes her life; at the birth of Ava Marie, VJS decided to drop everything and redo it her way with more wisdom learned from pass failures.
Vanessa is empowered, she accredits the birth of her daughter, her family & God as what empowers her to push for more and see the future with great optimism. Lastly VJS is truly a dreamer, she speaks with such a love for what’s to come, the unknown. She dreams of paving a way for girls to be who they are created by God to be, using their God given talents to do life impacting things. She is a dreamer for what she sees for her daughter, her family, marriage and business. Vanessa is a daddy’s girl, whom in Run’s house she grew up hip hop. She is a Queen Boss, and she is, well us.
