Hollywood is either playing it safe or fresh out of ideas because every year we are presented with a hand full of remakes. Many of them unwarranted, unwanted and end up being flat out disappointing. The only thing worse than a bad remake is a bad remake to a classic that should have never been touch in the first place.  You do not see Nike reinventing the swoosh. You do not see Ihop changing from pancakes to something like burgers… Hold up real quick someone just text me.

This Presidential term feels like a joke that started off funny but  went on way too long. There is click bait and headlines that used to push personal agendas and raise ratings, yes! But then there are the times when you have to see the vile, insensitive, blatant disregard for others that has become the hallmark of the President and his minions.

It’s Valentine’s Day. SO STAY WOKE! People creeping, they gon buy you chocolate and try to catch you sleeping. So stay woke!  For many people, this is an important day. A time to show how much you really care. Thousands of proposals will take place, millions of dollars at the box office will be made and more flowers sold than any other two holidays combined!

Have you ever seen someone who thought they were ugly and thought them crazy for the thought? Do you or have you ever considered yourself unattractive?  By what standard have we built to measure what is ugly? When it comes to outer appearance the most famous line in history is that “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.” What that really means is that beauty and ugly can be tough to define.

When we were kids we had plenty of opportunities to gain new friends. Our parent’s friend’s children would come over and we be forced against our will to share our toys with them. Somehow that tug a war over Bret the Hit Man Hart action figure turned into a bond. We had neighbors we would play freeze tag with and a cool unspoken friendship was formed when they unfroze you.
