One day I was walking down Walnut street in Philadelphia and I was stopped by a woman handing out pamphlets. I smiled and took one and paused for a second to see what it was. It was a pamphlet for Yoga with a picture of what I believe was a Hindu deity. The woman asked me have I ever done Yoga? I replied no, and recollected to her that I heard it helps but because it’s involvement in a faith in which I do not practice I decided not to. She then confirmed that is true but that the exercising portion of it separate from religion was still beneficial to the body.

It’s the middle of the night. The house is empty besides you and the dog that’s already fast asleep. Before you know it, you’re hearing strange, unfamiliar noises. Your mind spins out of control in every direction. Is someone trying to break in? Did an intruder already get in and is coming for you? Are there ghosts in this house? The possibility of the noise coming from the old rickety walls and air conditioning shifting doesn't even cross your mind, because if we’re being real here, you’re already planning out your escape and/or funeral.

Don’t tell mom the babysitter’s dead, 1991 teen comedy, may have cemented telling your mom the baby-sitter is dead on the coming out walk of fame. I am not sure of too many other things to top coming out about, but, coming out about your new life could be very hard, to say the least. To mustard up the courage alone could make a person ill, so much so that when you find the words, instead of the words pouring out you find only the pizza you ate 3 hours ago and some Pepsi. Very often we grow up.
